How our Selection Process Works
At Verity Talent Agency, every submission is reviewed with care. Here’s what happens after you apply:
1. Initial Review Our team reviews your photos, introduction, and basic information to determine if you’re a good fit for any of our divisions (On-Camera, Voiceover, or Modeling/Commercial/Print).
2. Talent Assessment We evaluate your look, energy, personality, and overall marketability based on current industry needs.
3. Follow-Up Contact If we see potential alignment, we will reach out via email to request additional photos, videos, or a short virtual meet-and-greet.
4. Placement Decision Accepted talent will be placed into the most suitable division(s) and given instructions for getting started.
5. Waitlist Option If you aren’t selected immediately, you may still be placed on our waitlist for future opportunities.

What Happens After You Submit
After submitting your application:
• You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we received your materials.
• Our review timeframe is typically 1–2 weeks, depending on submission volume.
• If selected, you’ll get next-step instructions, which may include:
• A virtual introduction
• Additional photos or clips
• Industry education material
• Welcome packet information
• If not selected at this time, you may reapply after 6 months.
• We never guarantee placement, auditions, or bookings — representation is based on industry standards and demand.

1.How old do I need to be to apply? We represent talent of all ages.
• Kids: 0–12
• Teens: 13–17
• Adults: 18+
2. Do I need experience to join Verity Talent Agency? No experience is required. We welcome both beginners and experienced talent. Training, passion, and professionalism matter more than experience.
3. Do I need professional headshots? Yes — all talent ages 5 and up must submit professional headshots within 30 days of acceptance. New applicants may use a clear, natural photo for the initial submission.
4. How long does the approval process take? Most submissions are reviewed within 7–14 business days. If more information is needed, our team will reach out.
5. Will I be guaranteed jobs if I’m accepted? No agency can guarantee bookings. We submit and promote you for opportunities, but final decisions are made by casting directors and clients.
6. What kind of work do you submit talent for?
We submit talent for:
• TV + Film
• Commercials
• Print/Modeling
• Social media campaigns
• Brand partnerships
• Voiceover
• Lifestyle + catalog shoots
Is there a cost to join Verity Talent Agency? There is no fee to join Verity Talent Agency. We get paid when you get paid. Your only personal expenses may be:
• Professional headshots
• Coaching or training (optional but recommended)
• Travel to auditions or jobs.
We do not charge upfront fees.
7. How does payment work when I book a job? Once you complete a paid booking: Step 1. The client pays the agency. Step 2. Verity Talent Agency processes the payment. Step 3. Talent receives their payment minus the standard agency commission.
8. How often should I update my materials? We recommend: • Kids: every 6 months or after any major growth/appearance change
• Teens: every 6–12 months
• Adults: every 12–18 months
• Voiceover: as skills improve
9. Can I be represented by more than one agent? We are an exclusive only agency. (You can have other agents in LA and NYC) We just ask for their information. And you can have a manager if you choose.
10. Do parents need to be involved for minors? Yes — parents or legal guardians must:
• Handle all communication
• Approve all auditions
• Attend all bookings
• Provide transportation
• Maintain headshot/bio updates 11. How do I submit? Go to our Submissions tab and follow the instructions. Make sure you include:
• Contact information
• A clear recent photo • Age/birthdate (for minors)
• Measurements (kids only)
• Links to reels (if available)
12. What happens if my child or teen wants to stop? Just send us an email. We understand kids’ interests can change.
13. How do I contact the agency? All communication goes through the email listed on the contact page. Please allow 24–72 hours for responses. No Phone Calls.
